Tigelle
As soon as this dough had completed its first rise, I knew that I was in dough heaven.
I decided to make Tigelle after being inspired by Chef Sarah Grueneberg at Monteverde as featured in the Chicago episode of Phil Rosenthal’s “Somebody Feed Phil.”
