Daisy Lane Bakery Maple Sugar Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
340 g bananas (approximately 3 1/2 large ripe bananas)
100 g maple sugar (approximately 1/2 cup)
90 grams light brown (approximately 1/4+ cup)
2 T canola oil
79 g unsalted butter, melted (approximately 1/3 cup)
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt (fine)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 eggs
145 g all-purpose flour (approximately 1 1/2 + cups)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 T dry whole milk powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Measure the flour, salt, and baking soda and thoroughly combine. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas, until smooth. Add the milk powder and blend to dissolve completely.
To the mashed bananas and sugars and mix completely.
Add the add the oil and melted butter, vanilla, and lemon juice and mix completely.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs together and then add and mix thoroughly.
Lastly, add the flour mixture and mix well.
Transfer the batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes and check inside temperature at several spots. The temperature should be between 200-205 degrees.
Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove with paper and let cool on rack.
