Mango Lassi Popsicles
RECIPE
Servings 8-10| Prep Time 15 minutes | Total Time Overnight freezing
INGREDIENTS
1 cup canned sweetened mango pulp
2 cups greek yogurt, whole milk
2 T castor sugar (additional sugar, if you prefer sweeter popsicles)
pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes. For sweeter popsicles, add additional sugar (3T-5T) according to taste.
2. Fill molds and freeze overnight.
